Our Mission
We opened Park East Fitness in 2010. Our mission is to offer an exclusive and personalized fitness setting for the Long Beach community to actualize their fitness goals. Our studio is appointment-only, and is a great alternative to crowded, box gyms. We PRIDE ourselves on our welcoming and supportive vibe.

Our Trainers are some of the most Experienced in Long Beach.

Dave Mckeag
ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 1994. He incorporates nutrition counseling, flexibility and strength/muscle building into his overall fitness programming.

Charles Sobol
Certified personal trainer in Long Beach since 1992. Multi-sport athlete (basketball, golf and track/field) with over 35 years of resistance training experience

Jared Cerda
Certified with the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Extensive background in martial arts, and a passion for living a healthy and active lifestyle.

Jessica Bantista
Completed two full marathons, one half marathon and a Spartan race to challenge my fitness goals. I’m also a full time DJ.

Trey Blaubach
Certified as a personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise. Specializing in functional training, weight management, body sculpting and post-rehab.
