Clean Lifestyle – BEST WAY TO BEAT MOST CANCERS

Ask someone why they exercise, and you will get a wide range of answers. People like to look good, feel good, and live active lifestyles. Many exercisers report feeling better and sleeping better. However, few people consciously realize how exercise is affecting their mental awareness.

A new study conducted at the University of Illinois shows that aerobic exercise directly affects the brains ability to focus and concentrate. It was also found that physical activity aids the brain structure in improved decision-making. One form of exercise which can be most benficial is exercise.

The study followed 30 sedentary individuals for six months. The test subjects who were put on a routine of brisk walking for one hour a day, three days a week saw vast improvement in brain activity. This was found to be true in two areas of the brain known to be active while taking tests. Overall neural circuit function also improved.

It was determined that increased oxygen flow through aerobic exercise helps the brain perform better in everyday tasks. The study helped confirm a growing trend in the mental health treatment of ADHD, where many doctors are incorporating exercise into well-rounded treatment plans.
